1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any Adwize service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you are using Adwize on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Adwize is a SaaS platform that provides real-time data quality monitoring for analytics and marketing technology stacks. Our service includes monitoring of GA4, GTM, Segment, and other data collection layers; anomaly detection; schema validation; alerting; and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts are intended for users 18 years of age or older.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Adwize only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:
- Use the service to monitor, collect, or process data in violation of privacy laws or third-party terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party integrations
- Use the service to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any system
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent (except as permitted in agency/partner agreements)
- Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Adwize and its content, features, and functionality (including software, design, text, and graphics) are owned by Adwize and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data; we do not claim ownership of data you submit to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adwize and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may cancel your account.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
